The majority of our inflatables are constructed from sturdy commercial-grade 0.55mm PVC Tarpaulin (18oz PVC coated Tarpaulin), renowned for its exceptional durability, weather resistance, and mildew-proof properties, ensuring a lifespan exceeding 10 years.

Are your inflatables commercial grade?

Yes, all our inflatables are commercial grade. Bounce houses, obstacle courses, water slides, and inflatable games are fabricated from high-durability flame-retardant Commercial Grade 18oz Vinyl (0.55mm PVC tarpaulin).

What accessories are included with your inflatables?

Every inflatable comes with a repair kit, the necessary quantity of blowers, stakes, and a carrying case.

What is the weight limit for your inflatable bounce houses?

The maximum weight capacity for smaller 10ft x 10ft inflatable bounce houses is approximately 800 pounds. Larger bounce houses can support more weight. Please refer to the owner's manual or specifications on the order page for the weight limit of each specific inflatable.

How do I transport my inflatable?

For smaller inflatables, a truck or SUV can suffice. Larger inflatables may require a trailer for transportation.

Where are you located?

Our offices are situated in Manassas, VA where our customer support and design teams are based. We maintain a warehouse in Alexandria, VA for shipping pre-made inflatables, while our production centers overseas handle the manufacturing of all custom inflatables.

How long does it take to receive my inflatable?

If the product page indicates that the inflatable is in stock, it generally arrives within a week. Made-to-order inflatables, however, take between 30 to 90 days to be delivered to your door, depending on size, complexity, customizations, and quantity ordered. Please contact us for rush production and shipping options if needed.

Can your inflatables be used in the rain?

We advise against using inflatables in rainy or windy conditions. Inflatables should not be used if winds exceed 20 mph.

Is it possible to over-inflate my inflatable?
No, it is not possible to overinflate the inflatable with the provided blowers.

is it possible to use a water slide inflatable without water?

Yes, our water slides can also be used as dry slides. The pool area can double as a ball pit.

Can an inflatable get wet?

We offer both wet and dry inflatables. Wet inflatables are designed differently to prevent water from entering the slide or pool. Dry inflatables are not intended for water use, so ensure you select a wet inflatable if water use is desired.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer bulk discounts for orders of more than 2 inflatables. Discounts of up to 33% may be available for orders of 10 or more inflatables. Please reach out to us with your bulk requirements for a personalized quote.
