Refund policy

We do not entertain returns or exchanges for custom inflatables. Prior to production, you have the opportunity to approve the design mock-up. Additionally, we provide you with photographs and a video showcasing the finished inflatable for your approval before it is shipped. Please note that all transactions involving custom inflatables are final and non-refundable as we are unable to resell customized products.

For new, unused inflatables that are not customized, returns for a refund are accepted within 30 days of delivery. However, please be aware that all returns are subject to a restocking fee ranging from 12% to 20%. The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return. Kindly contact us before initiating the return process so that we can generate the appropriate shipping label indicating the correct warehouse for the return shipment.

Refunds are only issued in cases where the product arrives damaged. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom inflatables. All sales of custom inflatables are final and non-refundable due to the inability to resell customized products.
